In a view to break the transmission of novel coronavirus Canada extends a travel ban on non-essential travel from all nations for a complete month which ends on June 21, 2021.

Any non essential flights between Canada and other nations can not operate till June 21, 2021.

 The border will remain open for essential supply throughout the pandemic in a bid to avoid disrupting the flow of food, medical supplies, and other crucial goods between the two nations.

They can travel Canada

Canada is maintaining the flow of essential trade and travel throught out the country. The travel restrictions are only in place for non-essential travel, such as for entertainment, shopping, and tourism.

Theses people are exempt from this restrictions includes Canadians, permanent residents, and their family members.

In addition, certain temporary foreign workers, as well as international students attending a learning institution with a COVID-19 readiness plan are also exempt.

Protected persons and those who wish to come to Canada for a compassionate reason may also be exempt.

Guidelines to enter Canada

Passengers arriving to Canada are required to show a negative COVID-19 test not older then 72hrs.

On the arrival another test is also required. Travellers will have to quarantine in a government-approved hotel for three days until found negative in their COVID-19 test.

Travellers arriving to Canada will need to undergo for a quarantine for 14 days
