Leading Low-cost carrier of India, IndiGo announced an extension on 'Freedom To Change Offer' the airline is now offers its customers to make unlimited changes on their domestic flight bookings up to June 30, 2021.

Previously, airline is offered this change on all domestic flight tickets booked till May 31, 2021 but now the same has been extended till June 30, 2021.

IndiGo said on its official website, "We are doing everything we can to offer safe, smooth, and hassle-free travel in these uncertain times. So, don’t worry if you are unsure about your travel dates. Book today and enjoy making unlimited changes to your booking without incurring any change fee"

 

Conditions against 'Freedom To Change Offer'

1) IndiGo is offering an unlimited "change fee" waiver to its customers booking IndiGo operated domestic flights from April 17, 2021, to June 30, 2021 (both dates inclusive) ("Offer Period") on selective fare options, through any booking platform, in accordance with the terms specified herein ("Offer").

2) The Offer is available for IndiGo operated domestic flights only. For clarity, the Offer is not available for international travel booked on IndiGo’s flights.

3) The "change fee" will be waived off for any changes made to the travel date by the customer for their bookings made during the Offer Period, without any restrictions on the changed travel date. However, the Offer shall not apply in the event the customer cancels the booking or changes the sector, in which cases the “cancellation fee” will be chargeable at currently applicable rates.

4) The Offer is applicable to all domestic travel bookings on selective fare options (i.e. Regular Fare, Flexi plus fare, and Family fare) for one-way, connecting and round-trip flights on all IndiGo operated aircraft. However, the Offer is not applicable to group bookings made on IndiGo’s flights.

5) This is a limited period offer valid between April 17 – June 30, 2021.
