As to break the chain of infection which have taken the worst face in India, In the wake Taiwan have restricted the entry of travellers who stayed at India for last 14 days. The announcement was made today by the health minister of Taiwan Chen Shih-chung.

The minister announced that the tough decision was taken because of the hike in number of covid-19 cases in India which are increasing on a daily basis. As of now Taiwan has become the latest country to enforce such restrictions against this pendamic.

Beside the nationals of Taiwan, no one will be allowed in the country if they have travelled to India in the last 14 days. The new restrictions will come into effect from today onwards. As for returning Taiwanese, they will have to remain in 14 days in centralised quarantine facilities managed by the Government.

Ministry of Economy also thinking about sending a special flight to evacuate the 150 Taiwanese business people now stucked in India.

As per reports the second variant of virus from India reached in many countries including Switzerland and Iran. Second variant is worst hit India and then after that many of the countries have imposed a ban on flights arriving from India to safeguard of their country.

On Monday more then 3,00,000 cases found in India which is the highest count in any reign since the pendamic starts.
