Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport has now set up a Rapid PCR test facility. This facility will be used by passengers, especially those flying to United Arab Emirates.

The United Arab Emirates has lifted restrictions and made Rapid PCR testing mandatory for travellers coming from India. Currently, India operates flights to the United Arab Emirates from Kochi, Bengaluru, Chennai, New Delhi and Trivandrum.

More airlines are expected to be added as the demand for UAE is very high. As of now, only two categories of travellers from India who are residents of the country, or are transit passengers, are allowed to travel to the UAE.

Genstring Diagnostic Center set up at IGI Airport for covid-19 related testing has announced that from now onwards Rapid PCR testing facility will be included as a facility.

Passengers from Emirates, Etihad, Fly-Dubai, Vistara, Indigo and Air India will benefit from this new testing facility.
