Pre-travel RT-PCR test valid 72 hours prior to departure will be mandatory for all passengers arriving in India from Emirates.

Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi confirmed that fully vaccinated travelers from the UAE cannot take advantage of the pre-travel test waiver at this time.

Excemptions is being offered to travelers from 82 countries across the world, with India having 'mutual recognition of vaccination certificates for vaccines nationally recognized or recognized by the World Health Organization'.

1. All passengers must complete and provide factual information in a self-declaration form on the Air Suvidha platform.

2. Provide travel history of last 14 days.

3. Upload negative RT-PCR test report, done 72 hours before departure.

4. The passengers will have to give an undertaking to the Ministry of Civil Aviation through the respective airlines on the portal or otherwise before commencing the journey.

5. On arrival, a sub-class of 2 percent of passengers on the flight will undergo random arrival testing.

6. These passengers on each flight will be identified by the respective airlines. They will collect the samples and they will be allowed out of the airport.
