Vistara starts door to door delivery of luggage delivery service, in that service check-in luggage is taken from traveller's home before the journey and delivered to the destination its only for the specific flight Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Vistara have a partnership with parcel transfer company CarterX on Delhi Mumbai flights from March 13.Vistara official on this commented that "basis customer feedback and several other observations, we plan to progressively introduce this service in other markets as well. Hyderabad and Bangalore are already in the pipeline for phase 2 of rolling out this service,"
Still is is not confirmed that flights from Hyderabad and Bengaluru will have this sevices in the coming Phase 2. The luggage under Phase 2 is collected from the customers' doorstep, every piece of luggage is sanitized and packed in double-layered, tamper-proof packing materials.
Luggage pick-ups and deliveries are entirely contactless, the staff facilitating the transfer wear PPEs at all times, and the transport vehicles are duly sanitized and each movement of the luggage is under tracking and we promise they are delivered to their final destination safely.
