The leading low-cost carrier of India GoAir now known as Go First was recorded the most punctual airline in the month of April 2021. 

Go First is a low-cost carrier originated in Mumbai. It was started as GoAir in 2005 and owned by Wadia Group. The airline rebranded itself as Go First in May 2021.

Airline has recorded the most punctual airline in India as per reports given by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, DGCA says that airline performed the highest on-time performance of 98.1 percent in the month of April.

As per Go First, it also recorded the highest growth in share market in month April 2021 as compared to March 2021 share increased from 7.8 per cent to 9.6 per cent, as compared to other domestic airlines with in Indian.

CEO of Go First Kaushik Khona said, "We are delighted to top the on-time-perfromancea chart once again and continue to have the least cancelled flights and lowest customer complaints, and hence be the preferred airline by getting a decent load factor. This is in line with our vision - where you come first."

The cancellation rate in April for GO FIRST was 0.09 per cent, lowest amongst all domestic Airlines for April 2021 compared to the overall cancellation rate of 2.62 percent for all the domestic airlines.
