Complete Lockdown Announced In Kerala: Check Details

As the cases in India do not comes to down, Kerala Govt also announced the complete lockdown which starts from May 8 to May 16 to stop the chain of coronavirus cases. Positivity rates of COVID-19 comes to 25 percent in Kerala and number of daily cases comes to approx 40,000 per day.

Lastly the Govt applied the weekend lockdown in Kerala but when the cases do not comes down then after Kerala Govt decided to put the complete lockdown. 9 days complete lockdown is announced by the Govt to prevent the people from the new variant of Covid-19.

The entire State of Kerala will be under lockdown from 6am on 8 May to 16 May. This is in the background of a strong 2nd wave of #COVID19.

Cheif Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan said that to break the chain of infection strict measures will be required. And also said Kerala is capable to manage the COVID pressure better then many of the states and if the protocals not followed then the states will be faces the worst.
