Officials of Saudi Arabia has announced that starting from May 20, 2021 all travellers who have completed the process of vaccination will no longer needed to remain in quarantine while entering to the Kingdom. 

Travellers are required to show only the original vaccination certificate before and on arrival in Saudi Arabia.

In a announcement, General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of Saudi Arabia said that the exempted groups who have completed the process of vaccination approved by the Ministry of Health will be allowed to enter the Kingdom without the need for a quarantine period, provided they present an official vaccination certificate before and upon their arrival in Kingdom.

General Authority of Civil Aviation said, "The GACA stressed on the air carriers the need to carry all travellers who are not Saudi citizens and the exempted travellers, immunized and unvaccinated groups the health certificates approved in the Kingdom (Coronavirus examination certificates PCR) not exceeding 72 hours from the flight time for those over 8 years or older, while non-citizen immunized persons are allowed entry...,

GACA also advised all airlines to contract with hotel and accommodation facilities authorised by the Ministry of Tourism to make stay the passengers who are not Saudi nationals and excluded groups who meet the conditions of quarantine for a period of 7 days, provided that a test against covid-19 is done on the 6 day and the result is negative in final report then only one can allowed to enter in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Upto now, Saudi Arabia has recorded 433,094 Coronavirus cases and 7,162  deaths.
