Saudi Arabia announced on Thursday that the country will open its doors to foreign tourists, and will lift the suspension of entry for tourist visa holders with effect from August 1, 2021.

Tourists will not be required to undergo an institutional quarantine, provided they present a vaccination certificate on arrival and proof of negative PCR tests within 72 hours from the time of departure.

The Tawakkalna application is mandatory to enter public places, given that those who have been fully vaccinated are those who have received two vaccination doses of one of the vaccines approved in the Kingdom.
