United Arab Emirates has lifted the ban for travellers coming from India. It facilitates more flight services between the two countries. 

Budget carrier IndiGo shared the flight schedule for Dubai from the National Capital Region (NCR). It is to be noted that not all passengers are allowed to fly between India and Dubai and only transit passengers and residents of UAE from India are allowed to travel to Dubai.

Complete Set of Guidelines for UAE-India Travel

Passengers with valid UAE resident visa will be accepted to travel from India to UAE subject to holding following documents:

1. For holders of a UAE residence visa issued from Dubai and to travel to Dubai: "Return Permit for Resident Outside the UAE Form" issued to travelers from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA).

2. For UAE resident visa holders traveling to UAE other than Dubai: "Return Permit for Resident outside UAE form" issued to the traveller.

3. Expo 2020 visa holders are allowed to visit UAE without GDRFA/ICA.

Travel Requirements for all Passengers Traveling from India to UAE

1. Negative RT-PCR test certificate with QR code attached to the original report. It has to be issued within a valid time limit, i.e. 48 hours from the time of sample collection to the scheduled departure time and is to be taken from a laboratory approved by ICMR.

2. Rapid PCR test report which should be based on molecular diagnostic test aimed at qualitative detection of nucleic acid for SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA; Held at the Indian departure airport four (4) hours prior to departure.


Additional Requirements for Passengers Arriving at Abu Dhabi and Ras Al-Khaimah Airports

1. 10 days home quarantine upon arrival at RKT and 12 days home/institutional quarantine at AUH.

2. PCR test on 4th and 8th day after coming to RKT and PCR test on 6th and 11th day after coming to AUH.

3. Follow up on wearing a tracking watch on arrival.

4. Passengers are advised to report 6 hours before departure as Rapid PCR test counters at airports will close 2 hours before departure.

As per the Dubai Civil Aviation Authorities, RT-PCR test done from the labs listed below will not be accepted;

1. Suryam Lab in Jaipur.
2. Dr P. BHASIN Pathlabs(p) Ltd. in Delhi.
3. Noble Diagnostic Centre in Delhi.
4. 360 Diagnostic & Health. Services.
