United Arab Emirates announced that it will resume issuing tourist visas to fully vaccinated travellers from all countries from August 30, 2021.

The decision also included people arriving from countries from which the UAE had previously banned entry.

Tourists will also be required to take a mandatory rapid PCR test at the airport, with the previous requirements valid for non-vaccinated groups.

The move is in line with the UAE's strategy aimed at striking a balance between public health and various critical sectors and will support national efforts to achieve sustainable reforms and revive the economic sector.
