Dubai Expo 2020 records approx 4,10,000 ticket visits in just the first 10 days. The expo started on 1 October and by 10 October, a record number of visitors from 175 countries had already visited the mega global event.

Reem Al Hashimi, UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation and Director General of Expo 2020 Dubai, said, "We are very happy with this wonderful turnout. The numbers achieved in the first ten days reflect the enthusiasm of the world to attend Expo 2020 Dubai. The coming days and weeks will be full of special events offering a visitor experience that will be rich, purposeful and entertaining, and we look forward to welcoming many more people from around the world"

Cost of entry ticket for Expo 2020 is AED 95 (INR 2019) but there are several options available for those who want to purchase expo tickets, but multi-day and season passes are the most popular. There are pavilions of different countries which have impressed the people.

The number includes all physical ticket holders and does not include representatives, delegations, guests, employees or other stakeholders. In addition, virtual expo, virtualexpo.world has also proved to be a huge success.

It was launched on 30th September and the opening ceremony was watched live on screen by over 3 million people! And 50 lakh online visits have been recorded between 1-10 October.

Expo 2020 Dubai started from 01 October and will end on 31 March 2022 next year. Full term period of the Expo 2020 is 6 months.
