Saudi Airlines will offer free 4 days stay and Umrah visa, when buying a ticket to enter the Kingdom for tourism, and also allow them to perform Umrah.

Company spokesman Abdullah Al-Shahrani said Saudi Airlines will soon announce the YourTicket a Visa program, which will enable passengers to enter Saudi Arabia for a period of 96 hours.

Visitors to Saudi Arabia through the said ticket will enjoy the freedom to move around in the kingdom's territories and perform Umrah. So far, the Saudi authorities have not clarified when the visa issuance service will be launched.

When a passenger buys a ticket, they will be asked whether they require a visa or not. And if they indicate that they do, they will be redirected to fill out a form and complete some procedures, which can be done in less than three minutes.

The reason for releasing this service is that many Islamic communities want Saudi Arabia to be a stopping point for them, especially in the city of Jeddah, to perform Umrah rituals and then complete their journey.

If all goes well, the new service will be implemented at all international airports in the country. Meanwhile, the official also said that the airline plans to increase its international flights by 40 percent this year and also introduce 500,000 additional seats on its domestic flights.
