Oman's Civil Aviation Authority has announced that Sultanate is open for all visa holders.

Aviation authority in his statement said that after approval and coordination with the concerned authorities, all visa holders will be allowed to enter the Sultanate.

Oman Embassy in New Delhi on Saturday has issued an travel advisory for citizens of Oman and advised them not to travel to India unless it is necessary. The action comes on the heels of the rapid increase in COVID-19 infections in India.

Oman Embassy in New Delhi, India said Omani citizens are advised to avoid traveling to India in the current period unless absolutely necessary, due to the rapid increase in the number of COVID-19 cases, which exceeded 200,000 cases per day, prompting local authorities to take several precautionary measures, including restricting movement and prohibiting of people.

Cases in India has increased with a hike many oth countries have issued an advisory to their citizens to avoid travelling and many of them restricted their flights movement.
